Job summary

Australian Capital Territory Government's Infrastructure Planning group is seeking a Director – Standards and Specifications in the Technical Services Unit, Infrastructure Planning. The role updates CED Municipal Infrastructure Standards, Specifications and Standard Drawings and provides authoritative technical advice to support planning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture or Project Management or accreditation with a professional body recognised within Australia.
• Have significant building or Infrastructure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Update CED Municipal Infrastructure Standards, Specifications and relevant Standard Drawings with subject matter experts.
• Provide technical advice on infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate across specialist teams responsible for standards, long-term asset planning and capital works prioritisation.
