Job summary

Keolis Gold Coast seeks an experienced Technical Director to lead maintenance and engineering for the Gold Coast Light Rail network. You will head a multidisciplinary team, reporting to the General Manager, and act as the engineering head for the business.

You will drive safety, asset management, and maintenance planning, delivering reliable transport services and value. A senior leadership role with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ).
• Minimum five years’ experience managing rail industry maintenance or equivalent safety-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering, infrastructure and maintenance teams.
• Drive safety culture and compliance with rail safety and maintenance obligations.
• Provide strategic oversight of infrastructure and rolling stock maintenance.
