Qualifications

  • Experience leading pathways and transition programs in secondary education.
  • Strong ability to counsel students and families on career and education options.
  • Proven capacity to design curricula and manage external partnerships with RTOs, TAFE and universities.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Catholic/Ignatian values within the College's Mission and Strategy.
  • Lead year-level initiatives for course counselling, employability skills and tertiary pathways.
  • Provide individual counselling to students, parents and teachers (Years 9–12).
  • Coordinate Year 10 pathway planning, subject selection and changes for Years 11–12.
  • Design Year 10 Pathway Planning and Year 9 careers curriculum.
  • Coordinate TISC, university and TAFE applications and pathways.
  • Lead VET initiatives and INSTEP West cluster participation.
  • Build partnerships with RTOs, TAFE, universities and industry providers.
