The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hobart, is seeking a visionary Director of Operations to lead luxury hotel performance. You will drive operational excellence across Rooms, F&B, Culinary and Engineering, reporting to the General Manager and shaping guest and associate experiences.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will deliver world-class luxury hospitality, balance profitability with service standards, and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results and engagement.

The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity exists for a visionary hospitality leader to join us as Director of Operations.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape every aspect of the guest and associate experience, leading operational excellence across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary and Engineering. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering world-class luxury hospitality while driving commercial performance, associate engagement and owner satisfaction.
