Job summary

GoodWolf is seeking a Director, Impact & Systems Practice in Melbourne (hybrid) to shape and grow our impact measurement and systems-thinking practice. You will lead a diverse portfolio of projects with seasoned practitioners and help expand our client base in the for-purpose sector.

We value collaboration, rigor and a commitment to equity, with a focus on governance, philanthropy and program design. The role offers a 12-month fixed term with potential renewal and a starting TRP around $180k

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consulting or for-purpose sector
• Deep expertise in impact measurement and evaluation
• Applied systems-thinking experience

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of impact measurement and systems-thinking practice
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects with a team of practitioners
• Build relationships across the for-purpose sector and drive business development
• Contribute thought leadership through writing, speaking and sector events
• Grow a team committed to a just, fair and sustainable community
