Job summary

Pacific Hills Christian School in Dural seeks an exceptional Director of Enrolments to lead the student enrolment journey from first enquiry through to graduation. This permanent full-time role is a pivotal leadership position within our Christian school community.

You will welcome prospective families, drive enrolment growth, and support retention while ensuring every family experiences warmth, excellence, and Christian ethos.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in enrolments, admissions or stakeholder engagement with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to analyse enrolment data and report on trends and outcomes.
• Comfort working with school information systems and databases.
• Wamiliarity with compliance requirements and government reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead student enrolment and retention strategies across the school community.
• Oversee family enquiries and build trusted relationships with prospective families.
• Coordinate school tours and enrolment interviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure government and compliance reporting is accurate and timely.
• Manage student databases and produce regular enrolment reporting.
• Analyse enrolment trends and identify growth opportunities for the school.

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Enrolments to lead and shape the student enrolment journey from first enquiry through to graduation. This is a unique opportunity for a relational, strategic, and highly organised leader who is passionate about serving families and helping grow a flourishing Christian community school.

This is a permanent full time (1.0 FTE) commencing Term 4, 2026.

As the face of enrolments, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming prospective families, driving enrolment growth, strengthening student retention, and ensuring every family's experience reflects the warmth, excellence, and Christian ethos of our school.

Pacific Hills Christian School is a co-educational K-12 Christian school with 1500 students, located in Dural, in the Hills District of Sydney.The School is part of the Pacific Group of ten Christian schools, with six of these schools located in regional NSW.The School emphasises excellence and growth in Christian character with its vision being 'to provide a Christian educational community as a centre of teaching, learning, and serving excellence founded on Biblically based beliefs, values, and behaviour'.A distinctive of Pacific Hills is our commitment to Christian service.

Working closely with the Principal, Assistant Principals', Heads of School, Marketing, Business, and Administration teams, you will provide strategic leadership of the enrolment function across the school, overseeing:

• Student enrolment and retention strategies
• Family enquiries and relationship management
• School tours and enrolment interviews
• Government and compliance reporting
• Student database management and reporting
• Analysis of enrolments trends and future growth opportunities

You are an outstanding communicator who genuinely enjoys engaging with people and building trusted relationships. You bring a blend of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a heart for Christian education.

Ideally, you will demonstrate:

• Exceptional interpersonal customer relationship skills
• Strong presentation and public engagement abilities
• Experience in enrolments, admissions, marketing, customer service, or stakeholder engagement
• High-level organisational and project management skills
• Strong data management and reporting capability
• Confident working with databases and technology systems
• The ability to analyse trends and develop initiatives that support enrolment growth and retention
