Amazon is seeking a Construction Director to lead the design, delivery and deployment of large-scale AWS campus style data centers in Australia. You will own the full project lifecycle, from Initiation to Final Handover, and provide technical leadership across Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.

You will influence senior leaders, manage cross-functional teams, drive schedules and costs down, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction of data center delivery (design, commissioning and construction).
• 10+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Knowledge of Australian building codes and regulations including Fire, Building, Energy Efficiency, Sanitary and Safety Codes.

Responsabilités

• Be a leader within the group and with internal/external teams supporting the data center.
• Mentor team members and build a high performing support culture.
• Oversee project scope, timeline, and budget for campus builds.
