Job summary

Lives Lived Well, a leading not-for-profit health and human services organisation in Queensland and New South Wales, seeks an accomplished Director to shape clinical governance, assurance and organisational impact. You will join the Executive Leadership Team and drive an integrated portfolio across governance, data, lived experience and research.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead five interconnected areas: Clinical Governance & Organisational Assurance, Risk, Safety & Resilience, Evidence,

Qualifications

Significant executive leadership experience across clinical governance, quality, risk and assurance within a complex health or human services organisation.
Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing and improving integrated governance and assurance systems.
Strong track record advising Boards, CEOs and executives with data, risk, safety and evaluation insights.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership across clinical governance architecture, organisational assurance and lived experience strategy.
Strengthen governance systems, safety and accountability to support high-quality, culturally safe services.
Lead multidisciplinary functions and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
