Job summary

Snowden Optiro is seeking an experienced Director - Corporate Advisory to lead the growth and delivery of our corporate advisory services in Australia and globally. You will provide leadership to the local team, manage key client relationships and oversee the delivery of high-quality advisory assignments.

This role requires a strong track record in mining and investment advisory, with the ability to drive cross-border opportunities and cross-sell services while maintaining the highest

Qualifications

• More than 20 years of mining industry experience, with corporate advisory exposure.
• Experience leading client assignments and managing commercial matters.
• Strong network in mining, investment and advisory sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of mineral reporting codes (JORC, CIM, SAMREC, S-K 1300).
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Australian Corporate Advisory growth strategy.
• Lead local team and manage key client relationships.
• Oversee delivery of advisory assignments on time and on budget.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work and commercial submissions.
• Provide input to due diligence, technical reviews and corporate transactions.
• Promote collaboration, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, mentor and develop team members.
