Qualifications

• Extensive executive-level experience leading financial accounting and statutory reporting in a large, complex organisation.
• Advanced technical accounting expertise with Australian Accounting Standards and Commonwealth framework knowledge.
• Strong track record delivering accurate financial accounting, compliance and assurance outcomes.
• Sound executive judgment and ability to lead at pace while balancing delivery, audit and longer-term strategy.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills for senior decision-makers.
• Proven people leadership, resilience and accountability in high-performing teams.
• Tertiary qualification in accounting/finance and current CPA/CA membership.
• Baseline security clearance holder or ability to obtain one.
