Job summary

Presbyterian Ladies’ College (PLC), Melbourne, invites an intellectually curious educational leader to establish the Centre for Innovation & Research. You will shape its agenda, operating model, and partnerships, connecting inquiry with practice across the school from ELC to Year 12.

You will lead staff coaching, research translation, and purposeful digital learning and AI initiatives, informed by student voice to improve teaching, wellbeing and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Commitment to PLC’s Christian ethos, values, and inclusive culture.
• Expertise in educational research and translating findings into classroom practice across ELC to Year 12.
• Ability to establish and evaluate research/innovation initiatives, including digital learning and AI, with measurable impact.
• Experience leading coaching, inquiry, and staff development to build teacher leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish the Centre for Innovation & Research and its operating model and partnerships.
• Translate research into classroom practice and inform educational design.
• Lead digital learning and AI initiatives shaping learning and wellbeing for students.
• Foster university and professional partnerships and develop the Centre’s programs and priorities.
