• Experience guiding Closing the Gap agendas and partnerships with First Nations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for DEWR's Closing the Gap agenda and national partnerships.
• Lead organizational reform and foster genuine stakeholder collaboration.
• Shape priorities and advise executives and ministers on policy and programs.
• Embed Closing the Gap reforms across DEWR’s policies and operations.
• Build senior relationships with First Nations organisations and peak bodies.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on organisational performance and reforms.
