Big Fat Smile Group Ltd's BFS Children Services is seeking a Service Director for our Wollondilly Mobile Community Preschool, a term-time centre with strong indoor/outdoor spaces and a curriculum focused on wellbeing and development.

The Director will lead educational quality, foster relationships with families and the community, and support staff using creative play and trauma-informed practices in a caring environment.

Director I BFS Mobile - Emerald Hills - Community Pre-School

• Permanent Part Time
• Thursday and Friday, 16 hours per week @ 8 hours per day
• Term only Pre-School
• Operates exclusively during the school term
• Operating times - 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

Right now, we're looking for a Director for our Wollondilly Mobile Community Preschool. Our centre has an abundance of indoor and outdoor space that enables children to have access to a curriculum that promotes the wellbeing and development of the whole child. We also focus on sustainability and teaching the children how to nurture and respect their environments.

As a Service Director, you'll play a critical role in shaping young minds. You'll create happy, healthy relationships between a child and the most important people in their lives. You'll bring fun, laughter and play to each day, but most importantly, you'll create magical moments for children to experiment and grow.

• A cleared valid for paid work, NSW working with Children's Check (WWCC)
• A cleared National Criminal Record Check
• Demonstrated commitment to protecting all children from abuse, harm and neglect.
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
• Evidence of completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Course
• Details of a minimum two referees, where one must be a manager or supervisor at your current or most recent workplace.
