BFS Albion Park OOSH is seeking an OOSH Director to lead high-quality care and education for school-aged children. You’ll foster a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment, guiding your team and building lasting relationships with families and educators.

You will oversee daily operations, promote reflective practice, and ensure inclusive, trauma-informed, outcome-focused programs that go beyond compliance.

Formación

• Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification (desirable).
• Strong understanding of the NQF and My Time Our Place.
• Able to meet the requirements to be a Nominated Supervisor or be keen to pursue it.

Location: BFS Albion Park OOSH
Rostered Hours: 38 hours per week (Monday at 8 hours, Tuesday to Friday at 7.5 hours per day)

As the Director, you will lead the delivery of high-quality care and education for school-aged children, using your expertise and creativity to foster a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment. You'll build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with parents, carers, and your team of educators, working together to plan, deliver, and reflect on programs that go beyond compliance to be inclusive, inspiring, and filled with moments that truly matter. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, bringing a calm, capable, and confident presence that supports both your team and the families in your care.

• You meet the requirements to be a Nominated Supervisor, or you are keen to get there and take that responsibility seriously.

• A cleared valid for paid work, NSW working with Children's Check (WWCC)
• A cleared National Criminal Record Check
• Demonstrated commitment to protecting all children from abuse, harm and neglect.
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
• Evidence of completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Course
• Details of a minimum two referees, where one must be a manager or supervisor at your current or most recent workplace.
