Job summary

BFS Children's Services Reynolds Street Early Learning is seeking a Diploma Educator. You’ll provide quality education and care, contribute to planning programs, and build strong relationships with children, families and the community in a warm, play‑based setting.

• A cleared valid Working with Children Check (NSW WWCC) for paid work.

• Evidence of completion of National Child Safety Training Foundation Course.
• Provide details of minimum two referees, one a current or previous supervisor/manager.

• Monday to Friday @ 7.6 hours per day

Right now, we're looking for a Diploma Educator for BFS Reynolds Street Early Learning. We offer a key educator approach and relational pedagogy. We also recognise that a child's learning should be considered on an individual basis, with children included as competent learners in a positive environment.

Our outdoor space includes a music wall, outdoor kitchen, chalkboard/painting wall, walking beams, a large sandpit area, a vegetable garden, and a stage area where children can role play. It is a very interactive and stimulating environment.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you'll play a critical role in shaping young minds. You'll create happy, healthy relationships between a child and the most important people in their lives. You'll bring fun, laughter and play to each day, but most importantly, you'll create magical moments for children to experiment and grow.
