Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology (UCT) is seeking a Director, Product Line Management to lead the Asia service product marketing strategy. You will head a cross-functional team and partner with sales, operations and engineering to define the operating plan for service offerings.

Based in Asia (Tainan focus) you will guide NPI roadmaps, drive ROI-driven value propositions, and serve as the regional service product marketing contact for issues, ensuring timely revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in semiconductors with at least 8 years in product line management.
• Experience launching service products in semiconductor capital equipment.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Director, Product Line Management is responsible for UCT Services business in Asia. This person will lead a cross-functional team to define and implement the UCT service product marketing strategy. He/She will also work closely with local sales, operations and engineering team to define and execute on the annual operating plan for the service business. Finally, this person will serve as Asia service product marketing contact for service related issues.

Account Management Responsibilities:

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) roadmap for key customers
  • Understand customer high value problems
  • Help define market requirements of new service products
  • Maintain and track NPI pipeline, time to 1st revenue and high volume manufacturing rollout
  • Drive Technical Roadmap Meetings with customers
• Identify top growth opportunities as well as top risk items and work with sales, operations and engineering to create a plan to address them
• Provide regular updates to team on status and timeline of top opportunities and risk items
• Develop relationship with account team including sales, engineering and operations
• Develop relationship with customers
• Customize ROI and value proposition of service products
• Point of contact for service in the region

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Engineering or related degree
• MBA preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of semiconductor experience, preferably in fab or OEM capital equipment companies and at least 8 years of product line management experience
• Experience developing and launching service products in the semiconductor capital equipment space
