Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognised RTO or ACECQA approved qualification.
• Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF; ability to program, plan and document learning.

Aufgaben

• Lead a safe, inclusive and engaging room environment with active supervision.
• Plan and implement child-led, play-based learning using OAC Grow, EYLF and NQF.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families through warm communication.
• Guide daily routines, small groups, transitions and mealtimes.
• Document learning using OAC Connect and maintain records for development and QIP.
• Mentor and support educators in the room through guidance and modelling.
• Maintain a strong commitment to child safety, wellbeing and compliance.
