Perfect Start Mary Street is seeking Diploma-qualified educators to join our Mary Street centre in Brisbane. We value nature-based learning, meaningful relationships and a play-based, child-led approach that supports curiosity and discovery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards it.
• Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Foundations of Child Protection certificate is preferred.
• Passion for child-led learning and connecting with nature.
• Ability to contribute ideas and work collaboratively.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or is actively working towards completing their Diploma.

• Has a genuine passion for early childhood education and child-led learning.

• Enjoys connecting with nature and incorporating outdoor experiences into everyday practice.

• Believes strong relationships are the foundation of quality early education.

• Brings creativity, initiative and a willingness to contribute ideas.

• Values teamwork, open communication and a positive workplace culture.

• Is reflective, adaptable and committed to ongoing professional growth.

• Holds, or is willing to obtain, a current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, and the Foundations of Child Protection certificate.
