Job summary

Tillys Play and Development Centre in Greta, NSW, is seeking a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our family-owned service serving children from birth to 12 years. You will contribute to a safe, nurturing, play-based learning environment and collaborate with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent requirement.
• Current Working with Children Check NSW, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Strong commitment to child safety and zero tolerance to harm or risk to children.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected.

Your Essential Requirements and Key Responsibilities

To be considered for this position, you must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification.

You should possess a Current Working with Children Check NSW, along with First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.

You must have a strong commitment to child safety- A zero tolerance to harm or risk of harm to all children and commitment to a culture of reporting harm or risk of harm to all children.

Your passion for Early Years learning and development should shine through, aligned with Tillys' values of professionalism, high-quality care, inclusive and supportive relationships, unique learning environments, and play-based learning.

Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is essential.
