Job summary

Little Scholars School of Early Learning in Redland Bay is seeking a Diploma qualified early childhood leader to oversee studio programs across the campus. You will provide a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, while collaborating with a supportive team.

This role emphasizes curriculum interpretation, strong communication, ongoing professional development, and alignment with EYLF, NQS and NQF.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• Experience with the NQF, NQS, and EYLF knowledge.
• Ability to interpret curriculum documents.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the development and implementation of studio programs across the entire campus.
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
• Participate in professional and personal development.
• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.

Role Requirements

• a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• a current and valid Working with Children Check
• a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

• an ability to interpret curriculum documents
