Job summary

Mini Masterminds Merrylands is seeking a full-time Diploma Educator to deliver engaging, play-based learning and support children’s development at the 77-place centre.

You will work with a supportive team to implement high-quality education and care, ensure EYLF/NQS alignment, and foster inclusive relationships with families. Applicants must hold a ACECQA-approved Diploma and WWCC, with current First Aid/CPR and related training.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• WWCC, First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and all relevant legislation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre.
• Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions.
