Job summary

Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes is seeking a Diploma Educator (Full-Time) to support the delivery of high-quality early learning and care. You will contribute to a nurturing environment where children thrive and engage in play-based learning under EYLF principles.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain) and a Queensland Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check for QLD.
• Experience working as an Educator in Australia is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the NQS.
