• Minimum 2 years' experience in an early learning setting.
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF is essential.
• Current First Aid and Working With Children Check are required.
• HLTAID012 First Aid certification is essential.
• Permanent residency in Australia is required.
• Commitment to child safety in every context.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs.
• Work closely with the Educational Leader to plan, reflect and improve programs.
• Document children's learning and development.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan.
• Support and mentor other team members.
• Implement child safe practices.
