Job summary

Randstad Education partners with a welcoming Early Learning Centre in the Mallee region of north-west Victoria to recruit an Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator for a part-time ongoing role (25 hours per week).

You will deliver play-based programs for funded 3-year-old and 4-year-old kindergarten, guided by EYLF and VEYLDF, collaborating with room leaders and teachers, and supporting children’s social-emotional growth in a close-knit rural community.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
• Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee) current
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications valid

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with EYLF and VEYLDF.
• Implement inclusive, child-centred practices supporting transitions into foundation schooling.
• Foster a warm, safe, and stimulating environment that celebrates diversity and positive student voice.
• Collaborate with the room leader, early childhood teachers, and regional clusters for support.
• Opportunity to pick up casual relief hours across nearby partner services to increase weekly earning potential.
