Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services (SCECS) invites qualified educators to join our new St Francis Xavier's Preschool & Long Day Care in NSW. We offer a full-time role for Diploma and Cert III qualified staff in a dynamic, not-for-profit setting that supports families and Catholic identity.

You’ll develop high-quality curriculum, build strong relationships with children and families, and take part in modern learning in a brand-new facility with onsite parking and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Diploma Approved Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid Certificate approved by ACECQA (includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management, and anaphylaxis).
• Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm Certificate
• Valid Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

• Developing high-quality curriculum by responding to children's strengths and interests.
• Building positive relationships with children, families and the team.
• Actively support our organisation's Catholic identity, policies and procedures.
• Support childcare fee discounts and contribute to work-life balance initiatives.
