Explore & Develop Narraweena in NSW is seeking a Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our established team in 2027. You will build strong relationships with children, families and staff while delivering high-quality EYLF-aligned programs.

In this role, you will contribute to inclusive, engaging learning environments, demonstrate reflective practice and uphold child safety policies in a supportive, professional setting.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Experience in early childhood education and care settings.
• Solid knowledge of NQF, NQS and EYLF.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Understanding of child protection legislation and mandatory reporting.
• Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practices and ongoing professional learning.
