Job summary

Talent in Sydney is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a major government digital transformation program, helping deliver a modern platform and replace a legacy system.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised who can operate across multiple streams, stakeholders and delivery teams in a fast-paced, complex environment with responsibilities spanning schedules, reporting, governance and compliance. 12-month contract starting ASAP, up to AUD 700 per day plus super.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Coordination or similar delivery role.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams in fast-paced delivery environments.
• Strong scheduling, tracking, reporting and administration skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience working across cross-functional stakeholder environments.
• Exposure to PM and/or Change Management activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple project teams and workstreams.
• Manage project schedules, tasks, actions and delivery tracking.
• Support team coordination, resourcing and project administration.
• Maintain risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
• Assist with budget tracking, cost control and invoicing.
• Prepare status reports, project documentation and governance materials.
• Support quality assurance and compliance activities.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, meetings and workshops.
• Work collaboratively across business, technology and vendor teams.
• Support Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor liaison and contract administration.
