Central Coast Steiner School seeks an experienced ICT and Digital Transformation Coordinator to lead the school’s digital evolution. The role focuses on technology operations, governance, and capability development, working with the MSP to deliver a secure, reliable, future-ready environment that supports teaching, learning and administration.

Competenze

• Experience leading technology adoption, organisational change or digital transformation initiatives.
• Qualifications and/or significant experience in IT, business systems or digital operations.
• Experience supporting technology environments in schools or not-for-profit settings.

Mansioni

• Digital Transformation and Change Management: Support implementation of the School's digital strategy and technology roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to modernise administrative and educational processes.
• Drive adoption of Compass, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate and other approved platforms.
• Assist staff in transitioning from manual processes to digital workflows.
• Coordinate organisational change initiatives to improve digital capability across the School.
• Work with leadership to identify technology improvements that support growth and operational excellence.
