• Qualified in information or digital technology, project management or a related discipline.
• Extensive leadership experience in IT, digital and AI strategy development and implementation.
• Experience delivering digital transformation in utility or public sector environments.
• Experience leading change and cultural transformation at organisational level.
• Strong financial, risk and strategic management skills; understanding of statutory requirements.
