Job summary

Northam Senior High School is seeking a motivated Digital Technologies Teacher for a permanent full-time position commencing Term 4, 2026. The role focuses on delivering engaging, standards-aligned learning in Years 7–12 with emphasis on cybersecurity, AI and coding.

Ideal applicants will have the professional knowledge to design purposeful learning experiences and differentiate for diverse learners, including those with diverse language backgrounds and disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an eligible teaching qualification and registration.
• Be an Australian or NZ citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with work rights for the term.
• Must pass Working with Children Check and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Digital Technologies lessons to secondary students.
• Differentiate curriculum to meet diverse achievement levels and language backgrounds.
• Assess and report student progress using a range of methods.
• Collaborate with staff to support Positive Behaviour Support and PBS strategies.
