Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Digital Support Manager (Service Desk & EUC) to act as 2IC to the Head of Digital Support. You will lead day-to-day Service Desk and End User Computing operations, mentor the team, and provide senior technical guidance across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD and Windows endpoints.

The role demands hands-on troubleshooting, incident management, and collaboration with infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to drive improvements and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience, managing teams or acting as a senior technical lead/2IC.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Service Desk and End User Computing operations, balancing people leadership with technical problem-solving.
• Coordinate escalations, support major incidents, and act as a senior escalation point for complex issues.
• Drive continuous improvement across the national support function and IT service management practices.
