Job summary

EnerSys ANZ is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to design, build and improve practical digital solutions across applications, data, automation and integration. Reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager, this is a 12‑month fixed‑term role combining business engagement with hands‑on development.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in digital solutions, a relevant qualification, and experience with SQL, low‑code platforms (Power Apps/Power Automate) and APIs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in digital solutions, application delivery, systems analysis, automation or related field.
• Experience with SQL relational databases and low-code platforms.
• Experience testing business applications with users to clarify needs and validate outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand processes and define requirements.
• Contribute to solution design and deliver small to medium solutions from analysis through implementation.
• Configure and develop applications, workflows, forms, reports and automations.
• Support data modelling, database development, interfaces and integrations (APIs).
• Plan and perform functional, exploratory and technical testing and support releases.
• Develop user guidance and provide training to enable adoption.
