Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking an experienced Digital Solution Architect for a major digital transformation in the financial services sector in Sydney. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end architectures that align with our architecture framework, ensuring secure, scalable digital experiences across web and mobile, and integrating identity management with enterprise applications.

You will work with stakeholders to bridge business and tech, leveraging DevOps practices and cloud-native approaches

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end solution architectures in enterprise banking/financial services environments.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, user-centric digital solutions for web and mobile.
• Experience architecting identity and access management with tools like Okta, OAuth2, including SSO/MFA and integration with directories.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native development and infrastructure as code.
• Strong stakeholder management to balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Exposure to AI-driven innovation within an enterprise context is highly desirable.

A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Digital Solution Architect to join our financial services client undertaking a major, digital transformation program.

As a technical expert in digital architecture, you will contribute towards the digital & mobile architecture aiming to ensure consistency with the overall architecture framework, technology & innovation standards while helping them build word class customer experiences.

Desired experience:

• A strong track record of developing E2E solution architectures in enterprise B/FS environments
• Experienced designing secure, scalable and user-centred, digital solutions across web & mobile
• Experienced with architecting identity and access management solutions with tools like Okta, OAuth2 etc including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management and integration with enterprise applications and directories
• Understanding of modern DevOps approaches, including CI/CD, automation, Cloud-native development & IaC
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to autonomously deal with competing priorities, changing timelines & bridging the gap between business & tech
• Exposure to AI-driven innovation across cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment strongly preferred
