Responsibilities

• Provide and deliver services in a timely, accurate and efficient manner per Service NSW vision and values.
• Undertake administrative work to support service delivery.
• Persuade, assist and educate customers to transact online using relevant technology.
• Make effective use of records and knowledge management systems.
• Refer customers to the appropriate service channels per policies.
• Carry out other trainee duties within skill limits.
