Zeal Futures Pty is offering a Digital Service Representative Traineeship in Burwood, NSW. The role runs for 12 months while studying a Certificate III in Business - Customer Engagement. You will perform customer service tasks, assist customers to transact online, and support service delivery with administrative duties.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, time management, and basic IT skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced government service environment.

• Proven ability to deliver high quality customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with learning and using new software and digital tools

Responsabilités

• Provide timely, accurate and efficient services aligned with Service NSW values
• Support service delivery with administrative tasks
• Educate customers to transact online using appropriate technology
• Maintain records and knowledge management systems
• Refer customers to appropriate service channels per policies
• Perform other trainee-appropriate duties as required
