Job summary

Creative Australia, the Australian Government’s principal arts investment and development agency, seeks a content specialist to produce and maintain high-quality website content using Drupal. You will provide specialist expertise in accessibility, SEO, usability and digital publishing.

You’ll manage content updates, support page builds and testing, and apply best practices to improve usability and discoverability.

• Producing, maintaining and publishing accurate, accessible website content using Drupal CMS.
• Managing content updates, resolving routine publishing issues and supporting website improvements.
• Supporting website projects, including page builds, navigation, components, migration and testing.
• Applying web content, accessibility and SEO best practice to improve usability and discoverability.
• Completing quality assurance checks and resolving or escalating content, formatting and functionality issues.
• Supporting publishing standards and guiding internal contributors on Drupal and digital best practice.
• Monitoring website performance and user behaviour to identify and support digital improvements.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and support publishing outcomes.

Your role

In this role you will produce and maintain high-quality website content for Creative Australia’s digital platforms and provide specialist expertise in Drupal, accessibility, SEO, usability and digital publishing.
