Job summary

Foxtel Group (DAZN Group brands) is seeking a hands-on, data-led Digital Performance Executive to drive paid social and paid search campaigns across Foxtel, Kayo Sports and BINGE from Australia (Artarmon).

You will build, launch, optimise and report on campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, X, Reddit and Pinterest, with responsibilities from traffic to CPA and ROAS. This role offers a hybrid working model and access to Foxtel perks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in performance marketing across paid social/search.
• End-to-end campaign management with budgets, pacing and targets.
• Proficiency with Meta/TikTok/Google Ads platforms and GA4.
• Strong reporting, data analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with pixel/tracking setup and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Build, traffic, QA and launch paid social and paid search campaigns across Foxtel, Kayo Sports and BINGE.
• Manage budgets, pacing and daily optimization to meet CPA and acquisition targets.
• Deliver brand and acquisition activity across the funnel from awareness to re-engagement.
• Manage structure, targeting, UTMs, tracking and negative keywords.
• Run Google Ads across brand, generic and content terms and adjust in real time.
• Produce weekly and monthly campaign performance reports (CPA, CAC, ROAS).
• Brief Creative/Marketing on assets; apply insights to future work.
• Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, pixels and policy issues; work with partners.
