Job summary

Colony Agency Australia is seeking a Digital Media Manager to own the full digital ecosystem for our Papua New Guinea portfolio and deliver cross-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and local publishers.

You’ll turn global brand toolkits into locally relevant work, deliver end-to-end campaigns, and build an influencer framework in an emerging market with data-driven decisions and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital media, ideally agency side.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, TikTok and programmatic.
• Experience in emerging markets or appetite to work where data/bandwidth differs.
• Collaborative, strong cross-team relationships.
• Love of data with solid project management.
• Bonus: Meta or Google certifications.

• Own the full digital ecosystem for our PNG portfolio across paid, organic & influencer.
• Build full-funnel strategies across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok & local publishers.
• Translate global brand toolkits into locally effective campaigns.
• Deliver standout campaigns from setup through optimization.
• Develop our influencer framework and identify PNG creators for brands.
• Ensure mobile-first creative built for local formats & bandwidth; drive digital innovation.

We're looking for a Digital Media Manager to lead digital across our Papua New Guinea portfolio. You'll own the full digital ecosystem for our biggest clients, including one of the world's most iconic global brands. You'll also be a gun on delivery for our wider pool of PNG clients. PNG is an emerging digital market, so there's real room to innovate, try new things and raise the bar.

The opportunity

• Owning the full digital ecosystem for our biggest PNG clients, bringing paid, organic and influencer together into one story
• Building full-funnel strategies across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok and local publishers
• Turning global brand toolkits into work that lands locally
• Delivering standout campaigns for our wider PNG client pool, from setup to optimisation
• Building our influencer framework and finding the PNG creators who fit each brand
• Making sure creative is mobile-first and built for local formats and bandwidth
• Innovating and lifting how we deliver digital in an emerging market

The perfect candidate

• 4+ years in digital media, ideally agency side
• Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, TikTok and programmatic, plus influencer campaigns under your belt
• Experience in emerging markets, or a real appetite to work where data and bandwidth look different
• A collaborative approach, building strong relationships with colleagues across every team and office so we deliver great outcomes together
• A love of data, paired with strong project management chops
• Bonus points for Meta or Google certifications
