Officeworks Ltd in Chadstone, VIC, AU is seeking a Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the implementation of media and digital campaigns across channels. You’ll work with our media agency and internal stakeholders from brief to execution, reporting and optimisation.

This is a great step for someone with 1–2+ years in media or digital marketing, hands-on paid media experience, and a proactive, organised approach within a busy retail marketing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years' experience in a media agency, digital marketing or media coordination role.
• Hands-on experience implementing digital or performance media campaigns.
• Exposure to paid media channels and campaign optimisation.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Confidence working independently and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Media Campaign Execution: Coordinate paid media campaigns from briefing through to launch and optimise.
• Marketing & Team Support: Provide broad coordination across the marketing team and assist with content and social media activities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Support campaign reporting and performance tracking and contribute to insights reporting.
