The Edge Marketing Solutions in Burleigh Heads, QLD is looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to join the Customer Experience Team. You’ll onboard new clients, brief internal teams, and serve as the conduit between clients and staff to ensure campaigns align with objectives.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with 1+ year of experience (graduates welcome), familiar with SEO, Google Ads, GA4, and Meta Business Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a similar role or suitable for graduates.
• Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Social media ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) desirable.
• Familiar with GA4, Meta Business Manager.
• Excellent communication skills - email, phone and F2F.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Growing agency; be a key player in the team.
• Fantastic offices in Woolloongabba & Burleigh Heads; choose your office.

Responsibilities

• New client onboardings.
• Brief internal teams about campaigns and objectives.
• Facilitating campaign updates – you are the conduit between clients and staff.
• Work with Account Management to deliver exceptional client experience.
• Join client calls with Account Managers when required.
• Weekly monitoring of campaigns to spot challenges.
• Maintain client notes and docs; support task/project workflows.
