Sourceable Talent is partnering with an established Brisbane business to recruit a Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant on the southside. You’ll work with the marketing lead and sales team to turn products, projects and customer stories into engaging content and support a growing online presence.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career, offering practical experience, ownership of tasks and scope to contribute ideas as the marketing function develops.

Formación

• 1–2 years of practical experience in marketing, communications or digital content or relevant comparable experience.
• Ability to create social media content with an eye for engaging visuals.
• Understanding of SEO and enthusiasm to improve website content and performance.
• Clear writing, attention to detail and the ability to produce engaging content.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to organise work as priorities develop.

Digital Marketing and Communications Assistant

Sourceable Talent is partnering with an established business on Brisbane's southside to recruit a Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant.

The business is investing in its marketing capability and building a stronger online presence. Working with the marketing lead and sales team, you'll help turn products, projects and customer stories into useful, engaging content.

This is an opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to build on practical experience, contribute ideas and take ownership of their work as the marketing function develops, alternatively appealing to someone looking for more ownership, bandwidth and a blank canvas to challenge themselves and extend their experience.

Your contribution

• Create, schedule and publish social media content that builds a consistent brand presence.
• Work with sales colleagues to gather project stories, product information and images for content.
• Help update website content and improve search visibility through practical SEO activity.
• Assist with email campaigns, promotions and marketing materials that support sales.
• Help coordinate events and keep content, imagery and marketing resources organised.
• Review engagement and campaign results to identify what’s working and suggest improvements.

What you will bring

• Ideally one to two years of practical experience in marketing, communications or digital content, or relevant comparable experience
• Confidence creating social media content, with examples you can talk through.
• A working understanding of SEO and an interest in improving website content and performance.
• Clear writing, attention to detail and an eye for effective visual content.
• Initiative, sound judgement and the ability to organise your work as priorities develop.
• A practical, collaborative approach and an interest in understanding what sales teams and customers need.

Relevant marketing or communications qualifications will be well regarded.
