Job summary

St Anthony’s Family Care in Croydon, NSW, seeks a Social Media & Communications Officer/Administrator to drive SAFC’s online presence and support marketing initiatives across services.

You will create engaging content, manage campaigns, update WordPress pages, coordinate communications, and assist with admin tasks. The role suits a recent graduate and offers diverse experience in a Not-for-Profit setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with website maintenance (WordPress preferred) and social media management.
• Canva and/or Adobe experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across SAFC and its services.
• Maintain and update website content with accurate information.
• Create marketing materials for digital and print with brand consistency.
• Plan and execute campaigns, events and reports with budgets.
• Produce engaging content (written, visual, video) including Canva designs.
• Coordinate internal and external communications (emails, newsletters, press materials).
• Identify audiences and develop strategies to grow brand awareness and inquiries.
• Monitor performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and GoHighLevel.
• Prepare quarterly marketing and communications reports.
• Collaborate with management to support marketing objectives.
• Support reception and admin tasks as needed.
• Assist in sourcing grants, writing applications and acquittals.
