Job summary

Howe and Russell is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Australian team in Victoria. You’ll support the Marketing Manager and team across digital campaigns, social media, email, and SEO, with funded training to develop the role.

You don’t need prior marketing experience; we value attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn. The position is full-time and office-based in Wodonga, with travel to our Victorian offices as needed.

• No formal marketing experience required (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, preparation and delivery of digital marketing campaigns
• Support social media promotions and online content
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Develop basic knowledge of SEO and paid online advertising
• Monitor campaign results and prepare simple performance reports
• Check materials for accuracy and consistency
• Coordinate day-to-day marketing tasks to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and team to achieve business objectives
• Take ownership and continually build skills and knowledge
