Job summary

NVITAFE is seeking a Blended Learning Officer to manage learning resources and assessments within the LMS for accredited and non-accredited courses. You will provide expert technical advice to educators and stakeholders, helping them leverage online technologies to enhance teaching and learning.

You will work with Blended Learning Developers, teachers and the QLTU to develop quality eLearning resources, support course transitions to blended delivery and assist students in using online learning

Qualifications

• Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Familiarity with a Student Management System (SMS).
• Experience working with and knowledge of Training Packages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily evaluations to enhance and streamline digital learning operations.
• Ensure all blended learning content meets quality and compliance standards.
• Design and maintain engaging online assessments using eLearning platforms.
• Deliver targeted training and support to empower staff and student success.
• Generate and analyse reports to track performance and inform improvements.
