Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment – Sydney International Airport NSW is seeking a Digital Home Loan Specialist with lending customer experience in retail mortgages. You will provide service and build relationships with current and prospective customers in the home lending space.

As part of a dynamic team, you will handle digital loan applications, support the customer journey, and underwrite loans, with Monday-to-Friday roster flexibility.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service excellence and strong communication.
• Proven negotiation experience and problem-solving skills.
• RG 146 qualified with 2+ years in retail mortgage lending and call centre experience; knowledge of NCCP, Privacy, Debt Collection, AML/CTF Acts.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound/outbound support about the product during all steps of the customer’s journey.
• Assist with digital loan application processes and underwrite loans.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Complete loan applications, payments, repayments and arrears management, mortgage variations, and act on fraud alerts.
• Flexibility to work on a roster system, Monday to Friday.
