Job summary

Ghanda is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer to join the GhandaGang in South Geelong, VIC. You'll collaborate with our Digital Lead and graphics team to bring campaigns and product to life across online channels.

This on-site role offers a generous remuneration package, clothing allowances, annual performance bonus, and unlimited clothing discounts for you and your family. A degree in Graphic Design and strong Adobe skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher qualification in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role valued but not essential.
• Proficient across the adobe creative suite, including Photoshop and illustrator.
• Strong design fundamentals within typography, composition and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and roll out website graphics, homepage updates and landing visuals.
• Design EDM campaigns and support weekly EDM rollouts across categories.
• Produce digital graphics to support campaigns, launches and marketing activity.
• Prepare assets for web and email use and organize imagery.

About you

We’re looking for a talented Junior to Mid-Weight Digital Graphic Designer to join the Ghanda team. Working closely with our Digital Lead and wider graphics team, this role focuses on bringing our campaigns and product to life across our online channels.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the rollout of digital content across Ghanda - helping keep our website and email marketing fresh, engaging, and aligned with seasonal direction.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated designer who has a genuine interest in fashion and trends, a good eye for style, and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

A day in the life:

As a Digital Graphic Designer, your daily tasks may include:

Website Creative & Updates

• Creating and rolling out website graphics including homepage updates and landing page visuals
• Handling the day-to-day cropping, optimising, and uploading of imagery to keep the site current and engaging.
• Working with the Digital Lead to ensure website content aligns with seasonal campaigns and launches

EDM Design & Rollout

• Designing and preparing EDM campaigns
• Supporting the weekly rollout of EDMs across Women's, Men's and Kid's categories
• Working to established creative direction while also contributing ideas and solutions

Digital Asset Creation

• Producing digital graphics to support campaigns, launches and marketing activity
• Preparing, formatting, and exporting assets efficiently for web and email use.
• Assisting with uploading and organising imagery when required.

An ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will possess:

• Degree or higher qualification in a relevant field (i.e. Graphic Design or similar)
• Proven experience in a similar role valued but not essential.
• Proficient across the adobe creative suite, including Photoshop and illustrator.
• Strong design fundamentals within typography, composition and attention to detail.

Bonus skills (not essential):

• After Effects, Premiere Pro, animation or photography experience
