Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Digital Design Assistant to support our Digital Graphics team in South Geelong, VIC. This entry‑level role helps bring campaigns and products to life across the website, EDMs and other digital channels.

You'll work with our team to design, crop, resize and prepare imagery, and contribute ideas within established creative direction. A passion for fashion and digital design is key, with room to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Create and update website graphics; assist with homepage content.

About You

We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and motivated Digital Design Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day work of our Digital Graphics team.

This is an entry-level opportunity suited to someone who is starting out in their design career and is keen to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with our Digital and Graphics team, you'll help bring Ghanda's campaigns and products to life across our website, EDMs and other digital channels.

You don't need extensive experience - we're looking for someone with a good eye for design, a genuine interest in fashion and digital, and a willingness to learn and grow.

A Day In The Life

Website

• Creating and updating website graphics
• Helping keep homepage and landing page content fresh
• Cropping, resizing and preparing imagery for web
• Assisting with website updates and seasonal campaigns

EDMs

• Helping design and prepare weekly EDMs
• Creating graphics across Women's, Men's and Kids' campaigns
• Preparing and exporting assets for email
• Working within established creative direction and contributing your own ideas

General Digital Support

• Creating graphics for campaigns, launches and marketing activity
• Preparing and organising digital assets
• Assisting with image uploads and website content
• Supporting the team with general digital creative tasks as required

An ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will:

• Ideally be studying or have a qualification in Graphic Design or a related field, but we're open to different backgrounds for the right person
• Have some experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• Have a good eye for layout, typography and composition
• Be organised, reliable and detail-oriented
• Have a genuine interest in fashion, digital design and the Ghanda brand
• Be curious, keen to learn and open to feedback
• Be proactive and enjoy working as part of a busy creative team
