Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Geelong is seeking a Print Studio Assistant for a full-time role at our South Geelong design studio. You will support artwork prep, file organisation, and day-to-day studio tasks alongside our design and graphics teams to move ideas from concept to finished product.

We value organisation, attention to detail and a passion for graphics and fashion. This is a hands-on position in a family-run business with clothing allowances and bonus opportunities, plus unlimited clothing

Qualifications

• Experience supporting design and graphics teams in a studio environment.
• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with basic design tools; Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support design and graphics teams with day-to-day studio tasks.
• Organise artwork and product information across internal systems.
• Prepare and upload artwork for product and print developments.
• Coordinate studio workflow and projects.
• Test and sample new graphics.
• Maintain artwork libraries, product information and job tracking.
• Provide general support across design and graphics projects.

About you

We’re on the lookout for someone to join our team in a hands-on support role within our design studio.

This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive and creative-minded who enjoys being part of the process behind bringing ideas to life. You’ll work alongside our design and graphics teams, helping keep things running smoothly across artwork preparation, internal systems and day-to-day studio workflow.

We’re looking for someone efficient and detail-oriented, but who also has a natural feel for graphics, clothing and what’s trending. Someone who enjoys both the creative and functional side of the design process and wants to learn how ideas move from concept through to finished product.

A day in the life:

As our PRINT STUDIO ASSISTANAT you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the design and graphics teams with day-to-day studio tasks and projects


• Assisting with organising artwork and product information across internal systems


• Helping prepare and upload artwork for product and print developmentsi>

About you

An ideal addition to the#GhandaGangwill have:

• Exceptional organisational skills - efficient and comfortable managing multiple tasks concurrently


• Strong attention to detail and an interest in systems and processes


• A good eye for graphics, clothing and emerging trends


• Confidence working across basic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus but not essential)


• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
