Western Power is seeking an experienced Digital Experiences Team Leader to establish and lead a new permanent team within the Technology division. You will drive capability uplift, improve the maturity of our digital experiences platform, and partner with business units to deliver secure, reliable, and user-centric solutions.
You will manage internal teams and external service providers, align initiatives with budget and governance requirements, and champion adoption and continuous improvement

- Proven experience leading Digital Experience platforms and services.
- Strong governance, risk and compliance knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- Experience with IT service management practices and platform governance.
- Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

- Establish, lead and develop a high-performing Digital Experience team.
- Drive evolution and maturity of the digital experiences platform for productivity and collaboration.
