Job summary

Amart is seeking a Full Time Digital Experience Executive to shape how customers experience our online store, within the CRM & Ecommerce team. You will work with Online Trading, Development, Email Marketing, Graphic Design and Paid teams to bring data-driven personalization to life.

You’ll own key journeys, translate customer segments into UI patterns, collaborate on SEO/content, and use analytics to prioritise improvements and validate decisions pre- and post-launch.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a UX/UI, digital product, or CRO/optimisation-focused ecommerce role.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of key website journeys to lift conversion, engagement and revenue.
• Translate customer segments and data-driven triggers into UI and interaction patterns across the site.
• Partner with SEO and content teams to optimise structure, metadata and content for search and AI/search engines.
• Use data from analytics tools to identify friction, prioritise opportunities and validate decisions pre- and post-launch.
• Design end-to-end experiences: flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI across Amart’s site.
• Plan, run and synthesise customer insights to inform design and testing.
• Contribute to and maintain our design system with personalization-ready components.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs to a high standard.
• Present and rationalise work to stakeholders linking design to commercial outcomes.
